Say It Blue — Return & Refund Policy

We’re a small, mission-driven shop using print-on-demand to minimize waste and keep prices fair. That means each item is made just for you — we don’t stock extras or process traditional returns. But we do want you to be 100% happy with your order.

If Something’s Wrong (Misprint, Damage, or Wrong Item)

We’ll fix it, fast. Email us at info@sayitblue.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement right away.

If You Ordered the Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind

Because every item is custom made, we can’t do standard exchanges. But we’ll always try to help. If it’s a size issue or change of mind, we’ll work with you — sometimes offering a discounted reprint, or in special cases, a replacement at our production cost. Either way, we’ll listen and do our best to make it right.

Timing Matters

Please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your item. After that, we can’t guarantee replacements or refunds.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to finalize posting.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you don’t see the credit, email us at info@sayitblue.com.
